Chicago Sport and Social Club Joins Thriva

Partnering with Thriva for registration, database management, and scheduling

BOTHELL, WA – May 18, 2006 – This week, Chicago Sport and Social Club, the largest social club in the country, entered into a multi-year contract with Thriva for online registration, database management software, scheduling, and league management tools.

Chicago Sport and Social Club hosts leagues and social events around the Chicago area. With over 4,000 teams with tens of thousands of registrants, they need a solution that can handle this high volume which is why they selected Thriva.

“Utilizing Thriva’s custom software will give us the ability to focus more on the quality of the leagues we provide and less on the back-end management,” says Jason Erkes, president of Chicago Sport and Social Club.

Chicago Sport and Social Club did previously utilize technology to run their programs but switched to Thriva for improved functionality, flexibility, and additional features. “Using Thriva will provide a better experience for the participant and give our staff tremendous organizational tools to help us operate more efficiently,” Erkes explains. “We are excited about having the customized capabilities that Thriva will provide for our online registration.”
