Choosing Events/Programs to Display

The first step in working with a form is to decide which events to display during online registration. The default is to show all events that are currently open for registration.

       

**NOTE** If you have "Search Criteria" designated in your form, they will narrow the programs to display further.

 

1. Select whether to allow all events that match search criteria to be displayed or choose whether to limit by Event or Category.

2. If limiting by Category, select the checkbox for this area and move the categories allowed for registration on this form from the left box to the right.

 

3. If limiting by specific events, you can select this option and move the events from the left box to the right.

 

4. When you are finished, click the "Save Form" button at the top.

 

You can click on the "View List Of Events Available In This Form" button at the bottom to see events that will be able to show up during this form's registration
