How to add a text block

       1.        Go to Settings > Form Setup > Form Builder.

       2.        Select the Form you want to edit

       3.        Select the Step "Edit Pages"

       4.        Select the Page that you want to add the question to.

       5.        Click the Text Block button in the row of buttons at the top.

       6.        You can either “Create a New Text Block” or “Use a Text Block from Another Form”.

       7.        To create a new text block click the New Text Block button.

       8.        A pop up box will appear with three tabs (basic, look and feel, and advanced), with each tab giving different                        options

       Basic: Enter in the appropriate text.

       Look and Feel: There are two choices, you can either use the default form styles or you can customize your own style.

       Advanced: Here you can set up any conditional display logic needed.

       9.        Fill out the appropriate fields and then click the gold save button.

       10.        To use an existing text block you can either search for a text block by name or by form.  Once you have                        selected the desired text block either click the gold right arrow or click, drag, and drop the text block to the                        right window pane.

 

Note: At any time you want to close the Create a new Question box, click the close icon in the right hand corner of the box.
