How to change an individual's personal information

Changing Participant Information

 

1.Find and select the account or individual you want using the 'Search For' box located in the middle-left side of the management system. Clicking on their name will bring up their account in the Data Center.
2.Expand the participant information for that person  by clicking the DataCenterPlusIcon to the left of their name.
3.Below the events that they are registered for, another dark blue bar will appear reading 'Participant Information for ...'.  Click on the DataCenterPlusIcon sign to the left to expand the menu.
4.Select the Registration Form you wish to edit in the upper right hand corner of this new section (if applicable).
5.Change anything that needs to be changed and hit 'Save'.

 

Changing Account Information

 

1.Find and select the account or individual you want using the 'Search For' box located in the middle-left side of the management system. Clicking on their name will bring up their account in the Data Center.
2.Expand the account information for that person  by clicking the white DataCenterPlusIcon to the left of their name.
3.Select the Registration Form you wish to edit in the upper right hand corner of this new section (if applicable).
4.Change anything that needs to be changed and hit 'Save'.

 

Tip: If you make changes to both the account-level and participant-level information, it is necessary to click the 'Save' button in each area because of the way the database saves and records information.
