| 1. | Go to Settings > Program Setup > Financial Options. |
| 3. | Enter in all the required information on the “Basic” tab (name, option type (must be discount), selection method (auto-apply in cart), amount/value, and dollar/percentage) plus any additional information you want to include. |
| 4. | Click save. Re-click on your financial option. |
| 5. | Click on the “Display” tab and click “manage” button to the right of Coupon Codes to Display. |
| 6. | Click add, type in your coupon code and activation limit (the total amount of times the coupon can be used). Click ‘Save’ and repeat for all coupon codes, when all coupon codes are entered close the manage coupon code box. |
| 7. | From the “Display” tab designate how this coupon should apply by specifying once per participant or account via the Display Once drop down box. |
| 8. | If you would like to add additional logic on this coupon code, you can use the Logic Wizard to do so. |
| 9. | Next, click the “Event Assignment” tab. Drag and drop the events that this financial options applies to over to the right. |
| 10. | Click save when you are finished. |
| 11. | Make sure that cart coupons are activated on your registration form by going to Settings >> Form Builder. Select the form that the programs with coupon codes will be appearing on, and select the "Cart" page. Double click the Cart module and go to the Order Details button. Make sure the Display Coupon Code option is clicked "Yes". Publish your registration form(s) if you made this change. |
