How to create a multiple person discount

1.Go to Settings > Program Setup > Financial Options.
2.Click gold “Add.” button
3.Enter in all the required information in the general screen (name, option type - discount, selection method - must be auto apply in cart, amount/value, amount type dollar or percentage) plus any additional information you want to include (such as a description).
4.Click the “Event Assignment” tab and then assign the appropriate programs that you want the discount to be available for.
5.Expand the Advanced: Financial Options Settings tab and enter additional info here (display on, capacities, quantities, etc.)
6.Click the “Display” tab and set the discount to display once per account or participant.  If you are making a cart-level discount, you must drop down the conditional display box and select Logic Wizard. Do that now.
7.Click the edit logic button and specify multiple participants and click continue.
8.Type in the first participant who should get the discount and the last participant should get the discount.  If every participant should get the discount except the first person, enter 2 for the first participant and 99 for the last and click ok.
9.When you are finished, click save.
10.You can also set capacities by clicking on the “Quantity & Capacity” tab.
11.Click the gold “Save” button above when finished wetting up the new discount.

Note: You can create one financial option and have it apply to multiple events.
