| 1. | Go to Settings > Programs > Financial Options. |
| 2. | Create a new financial option or select an existing one. |
| 3. | Once you have created the new financial option or selected an existing one, click on the “Basic” tab. |
| 4. | You can either assin an existing deposit by utlizing the drop down box to the right of the word “Deposit” or you can create a new deposit or edit existing ones by clicking the Manage button. |
| 5. | If you are creating a new deposit, click the manage button and then the gold “add” button. Enter required information. |
Note: Deposit applied for each-
Account – The account will pay that amount no matter how many participants or registrations they put through.
Member – Each participant must pay the deposit.
Registration – Pay the deposit for each session.
Item – Pay the deposit for each financial option.
| 7. | Close the window and you are now able to assign the deposit to the financial option. |
| 8. | Select the deposit amount from the drop down next to Deposit |
| 9. | Click Save when you are finished. |
Note: Any financial option that does not have a deposit applied to it will be forced to pay in full and will be added to the deposit amount
