| 1. | Go to Settings > Form Setup > Form Builder. |
| 2. | Select the Form you want to edit |
| 3. | Select the Step "Edit Pages" on the left hand side of the screen. |
| 4. | Select the Page that contains the question you wish to edit from the list below. |
| 5. | Select the Question you wish to edit. |
| 6. | Click the Edit button at the top of the Form Builder or double click the question to open it up. |
| 7. | A pop up box will appear with three tabs (basic, look and feel, and advanced), with each tab giving different options. |
| 8. | Basic: Here you can changes basic things like; question name, instructions, level, field name, and set the question as required or not. |
| 9. | Look and Feel: There are two choices, you can either use the default form styles or you can customize your own style. |
| 10. | Advanced: Here you can set up any conditional display logic needed, propagation, and external access. |
| 11. | Fill out the appropriate fields and then click the gold save button |
