Find and select the account or individual you want using the 'Search For' box located in the middle-left side of the management system. Clicking on their name will bring up their account in the Data Center.

Click the icon next to the word 'Credit' (this appears below the account name phone number and balance). A new dialog box will appear.

Enter the amount to be refunded in the allocation box and hit 'Next'.
