How to remove a payment

1.Find and select the account or individual you want using the 'Search For' box located in the middle-left side of the management system. Clicking on their name will bring up their account in the Data Center.
2.Click on the payments tab.
3.There will be a DataCenterRemoveIcon to the left of any payment that can be removed.

       *Only check and cash payments can be removed.  (Non-Electronic payments)

4.Click on the DataCenterRemoveIcon to remove the payment.

5.If you are an admin user, you can change the time period when a payment can be removed.  By default it is 60 minutes.   To do this, go to Settings > Organization > General and expand the Other Settings area.  Adjust the time here and hit save.
