| 1. | Find and select the account or individual you want using the 'Search For' box located in the middle-left side of the management system. Clicking on their name will bring up their account in the Data Center. |
| 2. | Click on the payments tab. |
| 3. | There will be a to the left of any payment that can be removed. |
*Only check and cash payments can be removed. (Non-Electronic payments)
| 4. | Click on the to remove the payment. |

| 5. | If you are an admin user, you can change the time period when a payment can be removed. By default it is 60 minutes. To do this, go to Settings > Organization > General and expand the Other Settings area. Adjust the time here and hit save. |
