Advanced: How to change your default filter settings

1.   Open the Filter Options by clicking on the “funnel” icon located at the top right of your filter bar.

2.   You can set a default filter to automatically load at start up by:

a.Check the “Set Current Filter Configuration to Default” checkbox
a.Check the “Apply Default Filters at Start Up” check box

* Note: Loading a default set of filters at start up is not recommended. It will slow the initial load time when logging into your management system.

3.   Setting the Default Season View for Program Setup will set what the Program Setup area filters on when you go to that area.

a.Note: This setting will update anytime you change it in the Program setup area as well.

4.   The “Filter Interaction: Button Preferences” allows you to include the “Add and Apply” button. This button will combine the adding and applying of a filter into one action for quicker loading when you are only using one filter.

a.Note: When adding multiple filters into a single filter configuration we recommend you build your filter by using the “Add” button to add all the filters you want first and then apply them all at once by clicking the “Apply Filter(s)” button.

How filters work for users locked to a filter

·Users locked to filters should not notice any differences in the way filters behave for them
·Users locked to a filter will have that filter automatically load upon start up
·They will be unable to see the filter they are locked to but their system view will be limited to this filter
·Users locked to filters will always only be able to “Add and Apply” filters in the same action.
·The program settings for this user will be automatically set to work with the “Current Filter” and the option to change this will be hidden from the user.
