How to set up a new season

Note: To set up a new season, you cannot simply edit current events.  The new season needs to be created first and then new events can be created in that season.

 

1.Contact the Support Team.  They can answer any questions you might have about the new season before you proceed with self-set up, or you can contact your Account Manager if you decide you would like Thriva to do the set up for you.
2.If choosing self-set up, go to Settings > Program Settings > Season.
3.Click the gold 'Add' button and enter your season name, internal description and season start and end dates.  Also decide if you would like to manage wait lists manually or automatically (if automatic, you must select a waitlist fee amount and size).

       

4.Click 'Save'.  You are now ready to create new financial options and events belonging only to this season.
