This Help File will give you an overview of your management system, as well as provide step-by-step instructions on how to do many common tasks in your management system.
System Overview
To get familiar with your system, please read through the introductions on each part of the system and watch the videos that are provided (each will take you through that area of the system in a 15-20 minute video format). These can be re-watched at any time if you need a refresher on any part of the system. You will need Flash player to access the management system and view these videos. You can download this program for free by clicking on the link below.
Questions on the System
After you become more familiar with the system, you can use our System Questions section of the Help File, which will give you step-by-step instructions on common tasks within your management system. First determine the section of the system you have a question about (Data Center, Communications Center, etc.), then expand that section to view all the instructions that are available.
