How to use the Advanced Search function:

Helpful Tip: You can use the % sign as a wild card character.  If you want to pull up all 'comcast.net' email addresses, you would type '%@comcast.net' in the Search box, and this would pull up any email addresses that end in '@comcast.net'.

 

1.Click on the 'Advanced Search button' HomePageAdvancedSearch that appears below the ''Search For'' box.

2.Set the 'Type of Field to Search on'.  From the drop-down menu, select if youd like to search on all database fields or only those listed on a certain registration process.

3.Set the 'Select Field to Search on'.  From the drop-down list, select the exact field you want to search on, such as 'Email'. 
4.Type in the criteria you want to search by, such as "test@hotmail.com" (don't include the quotation marks).
5.Click 'Search'.  All results that match your criteria will show in the ''Search For'' area.
