Purpose
| □ | The statements page provides a financial overview (bottom half of the page) for each statement period* along with accounting reports (top half of the page) necessary for balancing your books. |
Report Breakdowns
| □ | Accounting reports are designed to show all of your financial information including payments and fees processed through Thriva for a chosen period or range. These financial reports return either line item, detail, or summary breakdowns on all transactions occurring during the statement period. There are 5 breakdown reports to help group transactions on 6 different levels: |
1. Transaction level - most detailed -(All Transactions) does not include registration fees,
2. Registration detail level (Registrations Detail) does not include processing fees,
3. Program level (Event Summary) breaks the information down by events,
4. Program detail level (Event Detail) breaks the information down by events with financial options
5. Category level - least detailed - (Category Summary) breaks the information down by category
6. Financial option level (Financial Option Summary) summarizes the information by financial option
Each summary report provides a particularly effective way to allocate payments received from Thriva based on each Program across your business.
Example: You receive a check for $100 from Thriva. You run the Program Summary report and find out that $20 was from session 1, $30 from session 2 and $50 from session 3.
Statement periods are twice a month.
| □ | The 1st - 15th and the 16th through the last day of the month. We reconcile 5 business days after the end of statement period and create a statement or invoice on this day. Direct Deposits are also transmitted on reconciliation day and will typically post to your account 2 business days following reconciliation. |
| □ | Checks are mailed on reconciliation day as well but may take several more days to arrive. If you are interested in setting up direct deposit payments, please call general support. |
