How program settings work with filters
| · | Program settings can now be set to filter based on the “View Data in Season” dropdown. |
| · | The options in this dropdown include: |
| o | All Seasons – Programs and Financial Options for all season will be displayed |
| o | Each individual season (i.e. 2008, 2009, etc.) – Only Programs and Financial Options that are part of the selected season (or Financial Options that have no season set) will be displayed. The programs and financial option assignment display will also be limited. |
| o | Current Filter – Looks at you current filter configuration and displays your data based on any categories or seasons you have applied. |
| · | Any changes you make to these settings will be saved as your personal default and will be there the next time you come to the program settings area. |
What the "Show future data only" checkbox does
The “Show future data only” checkbox limits the data that is displayed to you to be only what will be occurring in the future. This will help to lower load times by not loading data that has already passed and that you no longer need to see/edit.
| o | Programs: For Programs this setting looks to see if the Program end date has passed and if it has that Program will be hidden. |
| o | Financial Options: For Financial Options this setting looks to see if a season has been set for the Financial Option and if the end date of the season has passed then that Financial Option will be hidden. If no season has been set then the Financial Option will never be hidden. |
