When ever you make a change to your form in any way, you will need to publish the form so your changes will be updated.
When you go to the Publish step within the form builder, if you have changes that need to be published, you will see this message to the right of the Publish to Link button:
Note: Once you click the “Publish to Link!” button, a box will pop up displaying that your changes have been successfully published.
