Basic Information & Shortcuts
The Data Center contains information about individual accounts. It is where you find specific information about an individual, and perform various tasks with that account.
To load an account in the Data Center, type the last name of the account or participant in the 'Search For' box on the left side of your screen. Once in the Data Center, you will notice basic account information at the top of the screen. To the right of this information are five icons:
--- Add another Participant to the account.
--- Send an email to just this account.
--- Add a payment to this account.
--- View Emails to this account and create communication notes.
--- Create a reminder associated with this account.
--- Select a report, and a button to run the selected report.
--- Found above the Data Center. This allows you to add a new account to the system and loads the internal entry system.
Account Information
Beneath the basic account information at the top of the Data Center is the Account Information section. Clicking on the symbol on the left expands the section displays all account-related information. This information is editable in this screen.
Participants, Payments, Communications, & Online Account Tabs
Beneath the Account Information there are four tabs: Participants, Payments, Communications, and Online Account. In this area, as with any other area in the system, when you see a mark it means there is more information that can be viewed by clicking on the .
| □ | Participants Tab: On the Participants tab all the participants and their associated registrations are listed. If their details are expanded, you will be able to see the events for which they are registered and the balance for each event. To view the details of a registration, click on the to the left of the event name. |
To remove someone from an event, click the icon next to the name of the event.
To transfer someone out of one event and into another, click the icon.
To refund part of a payment that is applied to an event, click the icon.
To view participant information (the information they filled out on the registration form), click on the on the Participant Information line. You can also edit this information in this screen.

| □ | Payments Tab: On the payment tab, you can view a list of all payments that have been made on this account. If you hover over the payment type (check, cash, e-check, or credit card), you can view the details of this payment, such as check number or the last four digits of the credit card number. |

| □ | Communications Tab: The Communications tab displays a record of all communication that has taken place with the account. This includes all emails and notes you have entered for this account. |
| □ | The Online Account tab will allow you to view the account's username for their Online Account, and to update their password if necessary. If you want to log into this account holder's Online Account, you can click on the icon of the person to the right of the password reset boxes. This will allow you to see the Online Account from the registrant's perspective. |
