Program Settings

The Program Settings area is where changes can be made to your events.  To access the Program Settings area, click on Settings >> Program Setup >> Programs.  The Program Settings area is composed of the top area, which lists the programs available, and five tabs of settings down below 

 

The Basic tab is where you can view and edit your events. Here is where you update the basic parameter of your program, such as the Name, Description, and Start/End Date

 

The Financial Option Assignment tab is where you designate the Financial Options assigned to this program. You can also set program-specific non-refundable fees in this area, if they are turned on for your organization.

 

 

The Category Assignment Tab is where you designate the Categories assigned to this program. You will want to assign categories in accordance with how you have setup your reporting as well as the online registration forms.

 

The Registration Tab is the place to set the different registration parameters and restrictions for this program. For instance, you can set a Registration Start Date, or designate any Dynamic Conditions or Age Restrictions to registration.

 

The Custom Fields tab is to view any custom fields that have been created for your organization on the program level. You can also view the GL Code and Internal ID # fields here.
