How to Get Help

 

After you have completed the setup with your Implementation Analyst, whenever you run into a problem in the system or have a question, follow these steps for the quickest response.

Look for an Answer in the Online Help Content

From within your management system menu, go to Help > Online Support > Help File. The Help File contains hundreds of useful, step-by-step explanations of how to use the Thriva system, and it's searchable by topic.
From within your management system menu, go to Help > Online Support > Training. Training is a site with video clips, which give you a visual tour of the management system. 

Submit a Support Request

From your management system, menu go to Help > Support Requests > Submit Request. Describe your problem, choose the type of support request, and submit.  The support request will be sent directly to our Technical Support Team.  Be sure to include as much detailed information as possible as this makes for a quicker investigation and solution to your problem. A Support Team member will then investigate your inquiry and respond via phone or email.

Get Telephone Support

If you are unable to submit a Support Request or have an emergency that requires an immediate telephone response, you can call our Technical Support line at 877-996-2267 x2.  You can reach us by phone from 6AM to 6PM PST.  For emergencies after 6PM Pacific Time on weekdays, and on weekends and holidays, call our Technical Support line at 877-996-2267 and follow the prompts to leave a message to page an Emergency Response representative 24 hours a day.
