System Setup: How to get up and running

Your Thriva Registration and Management system is a very flexible and highly configurable application.  In order to ensure youre using the system to its fullest, Thriva offers a setup service in which your personal Implementation Analyst (IA) will consult with you to complete the entire setup process for you to your specific needs. Keep in mind that the setup process is highly collaborative and will require effort on your part as well to ensure a timely registration launch. Below is an outline of the Setup Service Process:

Implementation Analysis

You send information on your programs (including the program setup spreadsheet, brochure, and any other info) to your Implementation Analyst (IA) to give him or her a sense of your registration and program structure. Your IA will use this info to determine the key questions for your setup consultation.

Setup Consultation

Before actual setup work begins, typically you, your Sales Consultant, and your IA will set up a call to discuss your programs, capacities, structure, pricing, and registration flow. By the end of this consultation phase, your IA will have a good sense of your needs and will be ready to begin the setup. The length of this phase can also vary greatly depending on the setup complexity.

Setup Work: Initial Setup

Based on the consultation session, your IA will work to create the initial draft of your setup.  The length of this phase will vary greatly depending on program volume and setup complexity, but you should generally receive your first testable registration link within 10-15 business days of sending your program information to your IA.

Client Testing and Feedback Compilation

After your initial registration Setup is completed by your IA, he or she will send you a registration link for you to test. During this phase, you should make sure everyone who has a say over the end product gets the chance to try it out. You will collect all of the feedback and change requests from your users and compile them into a single feedback document to review and discuss with your IA.

Setup Update: Client Feedback Implementation

Based on the information you provided in your feedback document and any follow-up conversations, your IA will update your system setup to meet your specific requests as best as possible. He or she may also give you pointers on how to make certain updates yourself to help you begin to learn the system. Most program setups require no more than one round of Client Feedback before launching.

Launch!

After completing your final change requests, your Implementation Analyst will provide you with a
link for Registration, Online Customer Account Login, and Thriva Secure logo for your webpage. Post up your links and you will be ready to start taking online registrations!

On-Going Support

After you are live, you will work with your Account Manager (AM), who is responsible for your satisfaction and giving you the best client experience from Thriva. You will also work with the support team's Application Specialists on day-to-day issues or questions about the system.
